Yesterday

(20-25 minutes) Ralph Ellison AP passage work: With your partner, take 20 minutes to read, discuss and answer questions 34-38 of the Ralph Ellison multiple choice question packet (remember that we are skipping 33).  Then write your paragraph explanations of the answers for 34-38 on the same sheet which has your explanations of the answers to questions 29-32.

After 20-25 minutes have passed, hand in your paragraph explanations for questions 29-32, 34-28.

For the remainder of class and/or homework

Working independently, read Kennedy’s Inaugural Address (69-72). Answer questions 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 (look up subordinate clause on your phone if needed) in your notebook/three-ring binder.

Tomorrow we will go over the Ellison and John F. Kennedy work you did today/tonight.

Thank you!

Thanks working well for the sub yesterday.  I received a "no problems" report for your class, and I really appreciate that.

We've spent enough time on the Ellison prompt, so I would like to move onto the JFK speech today.
